Do Apps Really Help?

So, a mobile app by the side as your water assistance seems to be a good idea. And for sure they are gaining usage. But do they really help?

According to this study available on the National Library of Medicine, it looks at the water apps in the management and/or prevention of urological disease. It suggests that Apps that measure fluid intake have been around for some time. Considering the growing popularity of health and wellness apps in our everyday lives, app makers need to improve their functionality by making them more comprehensive and informative, and not just focus on fluid intake alone.

Conclusion

The fact that many of these are free with a user-friendly interface makes their case compelling. Perhaps in future we can see improvements or newer apps that address some of the shortcomings mentioned in the study.
