Do Apps Really Help?

According to this study available on the National Library of Medicine, it looks at the water apps in the management and/or prevention of urological disease. It suggests that Apps that measure fluid intake have been around for some time. Considering the growing popularity of health and wellness apps in our everyday lives, app makers need to improve their functionality by making them more comprehensive and informative, and not just focus on fluid intake alone.
So, to wind up this post we can conclude that water reminder apps offer an easy and smart way to keep our water intake in check. The fact that many of these are free with a user-friendly interface makes their case compelling.
