Customer Agreement
1. Introduction
This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between AOX Pte Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the party making a purchase for any of the Company’s products or services, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.
2. Product/Service Description
The Company, AOX Pte Ltd, agrees to provide the Customer with the products or services described on the Company’s website or as specified in the order confirmation.
3. Ordering Process
The Customer agrees to follow AOX Pte Ltd’s specified ordering process, which may include providing accurate and complete information for the purchase.
4. Payment Terms
The Customer agrees to pay the specified purchase price, including any applicable taxes and fees, using the payment methods accepted by AOX Pte Ltd.
5. Shipping and Delivery
AOX Pte Ltd will make reasonable efforts to deliver the purchased products or services within the specified timeframe. The Customer acknowledges that shipping, delivery and installation times may vary.
6. Returns and Refunds
All goods sold by AOX Pte Ltd are not returnable. This policy includes payments received for Filter Change Packages, and it is important to note that they are not refundable. Filter Change Packages are specifically tagged to individual dispensers, which must be communicated at the time of the order, and any transfer to other dispensers is strictly prohibited.
7. Warranty/Guarantee
All water dispenser(s) sold by AOX Pte Ltd come with a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated. AOX Pte Ltd’s warranty terms, as stated on the website, shall apply.
8. Ownership
The ownership of the goods sold by AOX Pte Ltd belongs to AOX Pte Ltd until full payment is received.
9. Interest on Overdue Amounts
AOX Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month on overdue amounts.
10. Liability
AOX Pte Ltd will not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damages resulting from a breach of any of its obligations, including, but not limited to, loss of profit and revenue, anticipated or loss of use of the products, damage to products, other facilities or services, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, downtime costs, or claims of the purchase or users of the products caused by any defective equipment, whether such defects are warranted or not.
11. Free Gifts and Accessories
Free gifts, cabinets, or accessories such as filter change timers, adaptor cables, connectors, tubings, levers, filters, and consumable parts with this order from AOX Pte Ltd are without warranty.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of Singapore. Both we and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

By making a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
