Filter change entitlements follow a fixed six-monthly schedule.
Your first filter change is available immediately after full payment. The next change follows the fixed six-monthly schedule.
Your first filter change becomes available after six successful monthly payments. Subsequent entitlements arise after each additional six successful payments.
Your filter change schedule and entitlement commencement are determined by the applicable plan terms.
To keep the servicing schedule consistent and ensure fair allocation of appointments, AOX subscription plans operate on fixed filter-change intervals.
Each filter-change entitlement follows the prescribed six-monthly schedule.
Each scheduled filter change must be completed within 30 days of its due date. Please arrange your appointment within the applicable window.
Unused filter-change entitlements cannot be carried forward, accumulated or transferred to another servicing period.
Where a customer requested servicing within the permitted window but the appointment was delayed due to AOX, the entitlement will remain valid.
Warranty coverage, dispenser eligibility and any applicable joining or inspection charges depend on the selected plan.

The one-time filter change includes the applicable complete filter set, professional replacement, general cleaning and maintenance, technician labour and transportation.
The Basic Plan covers scheduled filter changes and maintenance, without additional Extended Warranty.

Subscription eligibility depends on your dispenser’s age, condition and selected plan.
An inspection or joining fee may apply for certain older or out-of-warranty dispensers. Our team can help confirm eligibility before you proceed.
Subscriptions follow a fixed six-monthly servicing schedule with a 30-day window. Unused entitlements cannot be postponed or carried forward beyond the permitted period, except where the applicable terms preserve the entitlement because of delays attributable to AOX.
AOX recommends professional filter replacement by its trained service personnel for Collagen Renewing Water dispensers.
This helps ensure the replacement filters are installed correctly and the filtration system is checked during servicing.
Routine filter changes do not automatically include tubing replacement.
Premium and Premium Upgrade provide their specified tubing replacement benefits. For other plans, additional tubing replacement may be chargeable.
No. The Premium Plan is intended for qualifying new dispenser purchases, with a replacement dispenser benefit at Month 36.
If you already own an AOX and would like a new dispenser immediately, Premium Upgrade may be more suitable.
No. EZ Pure is a separate purified-water system with a different filter replacement schedule.
EZ Pure filters are recommended for replacement every 12 months or 3,500 litres, whichever comes first.
