Dispenser Upgrade
- Your new AOX dispenser will be provided at the beginning of the subscription.
- Your existing AOX dispenser will be collected by AOX upon upgrading.
- Available upgrade models are subject to the applicable plan terms.
Fixed 6-Monthly Servicing Schedule
To maintain consistent filtration performance, AOX follows a fixed 6-monthly filter replacement schedule.
- Each scheduled filter change must be completed within 30 days of its due date.
- Unused filter changes will be forfeited and cannot be postponed, accumulated or carried forward.
- If delays are attributable to AOX, your entitlement remains valid, provided servicing was requested within the permitted 30-day window.
- Subscription expiry dates remain fixed regardless of when servicing is utilised.
