AOX 4 FREE Referral Program / AOX Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering for the AOX 4 FREE Referral Program / AOX Affiliate Program (hereafter referred to as the “Program”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. The terms “Referral” and “Affiliate” may be used interchangeably throughout this Agreement. AOX reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Program, including but not limited to commission rates, payment terms, promotional materials, and eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Violations of these terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. 

AOX will not be held liable for any unforeseen issues or circumstances arising during participation in the Program.

2. Account Terms

To join the Program:

  • You must be 18 years or older and reside in Singapore.
  • Accounts must be registered by individuals (no bots or automated registrations).
  • You must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, valid email address, and any other details required during registration.
  • Only existing AOX customers are eligible to apply for the Program. Non-customers should not submit an application.
  • Referral/Affiliate approval is strictly at the sole discretion of AOX. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
  • Only one account is allowed per person or entity. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. AOX is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access.
  • You may not:
    • Use the Program for illegal purposes.
    • Earn commissions on purchases made using your own affiliate link.

3. Use of Referral/Affiliate ID

Upon approval, you will be assigned a 4-digit unique referral/affiliate ID, which must be used in all referral transactions, banners, and promotional materials. This ID will allow AOX to track and credit sales accurately.

  • Referrers/Affiliates must share their ID with referred customers as part of the purchasing process.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your ID is provided correctly according to the guidelines provided by AOX. AOX is not liable for lost commissions due to incorrectly provided IDs.
  • Any misuse of referral/affiliate IDs, including misleading promotions or false claims, will result in immediate account termination.

4. Referral Fees and Payments

  • Commissions are earned on completed sales tracked through your referral/affiliate ID.
  • Payments are processed monthly, provided you have met the minimum payout threshold of SGD 100.
  • Earnings below SGD 100 will roll over to the next month.
  • Payout for commission will be made within 30 working days after the collection of full payment. The payout will be transferred via PayNow to the number provided during registration.
  • Commission rates apply strictly to sales of brand new AOX dispensers only. No other products are eligible for commissions.
  • Commission rates are calculated based on the dispenser price excluding GST.
  • Commissions will not be paid for:
    • Sales not tracked through your referral/affiliate ID.
    • Fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive marketing methods.
    • Dispensers sold with trade-in discounts.
  • In the event of order cancellation, AOX reserves the right to recall the issued payout.

5. AOX’s Right to Modify the Program

AOX reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time.
  • Change commission rates, payout thresholds, or other Program features without prior notice.
  • Provide notice of significant changes through the affiliate dashboard or via email. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the Terms of Service periodically to stay informed.

6. Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you are responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable Singaporean laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Spam Control Act.
  • Ensuring all represented content is accurate, truthful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • Disclosing your referral/affiliate relationship with AOX in compliance with advertising guidelines.
  • Adhering to AOX’s guidelines and refraining from making any medication or healing claims about AOX products.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in account termination:

  • Misrepresenting or embellishing your relationship with AOX (e.g., claiming to be an employee or official representative).
  • Engaging in spam, misleading advertisements, or unethical marketing practices.
  • Promoting AOX products on platforms containing illegal, offensive, or defamatory content.
  • Representing AOX by giving public talks, collecting orders, or collecting money on behalf of the company.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payments will only be made after your account earnings exceed SGD 100.
  • If your account does not meet the threshold, earnings will roll over to the next month.
  • Referrers/Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up to date.

9. Term and Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
  • Upon termination:
    • You must remove all AOX referral/affiliate links, banners, and any other content from your social media and any other platforms.
    • Commissions accrued above the SGD 100 threshold will be paid, except those earned through prohibited activities.
  • AOX reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms of Service or at its sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • AOX is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from participation in the Program.
  • AOX does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Program or its website.

11. Arbitration

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
  • The arbitrator’s decision will be binding, and the costs of arbitration will be borne equally unless otherwise determined.
  • In the event of any disputes, AOX has the sole right to terminate this agreement, and its decision shall be final.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Miscellaneous

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and AOX regarding the Program.
  • AOX’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to enforce the same provision in the future.
