**AOX Extended Warranty – Exclusive for AOX Customers in Singapore**
– The standard warranty period for AOX water dispensers is one year.
– This extended warranty is applicable if your dispenser is still under warranty.
– The extended warranty coverage commences immediately after your current warranty expires.
– Please be aware that the maximum warranty duration is six years, allowing you to purchase up to five extended warranty periods.
IMPORTANT: To facilitate proper record-keeping, kindly leave a message with your name and phone number after placing your order. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure accurate registration in our system.
During the warranty period, AOX Pte Ltd will repair or replace any manufacturing defects or spontaneous failures on parts at no charge. However, please note that any insurance, handling, transportation charges, or other incidental expenses incurred when sending the water dispenser to our service center for servicing will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
**Warranty Coverage:**
During the warranty period, AOX Pte Ltd will repair or replace any manufacturing defects or spontaneous failures on parts at no charge. However, please note that any insurance, handling, transportation charges, or other incidental expenses incurred when sending the water dispenser to our service center for servicing will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
**Warranty Void in the Following Circumstances:**
The warranty will become void under the following circumstances:
1. Use of non-original AOX filters.
2. Removal, defacement, or alteration of the serial number.
3. System failure due to improper use or negligence by the customer.
4. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
5. Failure to follow precautions or proper operating instructions as outlined in the user manual, including improper installations.
6. Deficiencies in consumable parts, such as battery leakage.
7. Loss or damage to the water dispensers due to fire, flood, lightning strike, or other acts of nature.
**Charges in Specific Cases:**
In the following situations, the cost of parts, transport, and labor may be levied:
1. Warranty period has expired.
2. Warranty is void due to reasons stated in point above.
3. Replacement of consumable parts, such as filters.
4. Replacement of parts subjected to wear and tear, including flexible tubing, connectors, faucet diverters, dispenser heads, Smart Pump, containers, and filter change timer.
**Disclaimer:**
AOX will not be liable to the customer or user of the products for any loss or damages resulting from a breach of its obligations, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated or actual profit and revenue, loss of product use, damage to products, facilities or services, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, downtime cost, or claims made by purchasers or users of the products for such damages caused by any defective equipment, whether such defects are warranted against or not. Additionally, please note that free gifts, cabinets, or any accessories, such as filter change timers, adapters, tubing, levers, filters, and consumables, are provided without a warranty.
